WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington-based Port City Java is changing hands. Steve Schnitzler, head of PCJ Ventures LLC, says the coffee house chain was bought Feb. 1 by Black Gold Holdings LLC, which is owned by Wilmington businessman W.
