Prosecution rests in Delgado trial

After a week long break, the trial of Tyrone Delgado is back in session.

Delgado is charged with murdering FBI secretary Melissa Mooney in 1999.

Today the prosecution rested its case with forensic pathologist Doctor William Oliver taking the stand.

He analyzed the lesions and bruises found on Mooney’s body, and on Delgado’s ex-wife.

Doctor Oliver confirmed some of the lesions could be consistent with abuse from a belt or a watch.
