Puppy thrown from moving vehicle in Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, NC (WWAY) — A Myrtle Beach lawyer is sending a message through social media after seeing a puppy thrown from a moving vehicle near his law office.

Brett Branham posted a video on Facebook while holding the injured puppy.

“This is for the despicable person who just threw this dog out of their moving vehicle on 38th Avenue and Robert Grissom, we saw you in a red SUV, “Branham said in the video. “This beautiful dog, you couldn’t think of anything better to do than throwing this dog out of your moving vehicle going 45 miles per hour?”

Branham asked people to share the video so they can find out who the dog belongs to.

Branham said the dog has a broken leg and severe road rash. They took the dog to Ark Animal Hospital in Surfside Beach.

In the meantime, Branham started a GoFundMe page to help pay for the puppy’s medical expenses.
