Raynor rape case begins

Jury selection begins Tuesday in the trial of a Brunswick County man charged with the abduction and rape of two teenage girls.

The incident happened in 2001, when the teens were visiting Ocean Isle Beach.

DNA evidence lead to Laurice Milton Raynor’s arrest in 2006.

Raynor was already in jail at the time, charged with sex offenses against a 13-year-old girl.
