‘Report, Don’t Post’: Pender Co. officials push to ensure school safety

PENDER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The Pender County Sheriff’s Office and Pender County Schools are launching a “Report, Don’t Post” effort trying to get the community to ensure school safety.

A spokesperson for the school system says they have created a website www.pendersafe.com as a resource for students, parents, staff, and the community.

You can use the website to send information to school officials and law enforcement.

The district is also in the process of creating an app with the same features.
