Robbery, kidnapping suspect indicted

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A man was indicted today for his alleged part in a robbery and kidnapping.

Police say Teon Clark was one of two men who took someone hostage at a gas station downtown Wilmington. They say he forced the victim to drive around town, withdrawing money from the bank before dropping the suspects off behind New Hanover High School.

Clark is in jail under a $500,000 bond.
