Rocky Point man charged with arson

Investigator’s With the Pender County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Edward Lee Lippard III with Fraudulently Burning A Dwelling after he set fire to a residence that he was occupying in the 2800 Block of Clarks Landing Rd. in Rocky Point.

The fire was reported at approximately 6:30 pm yesterday.

Lippard is incarcerated in the Pender County Jail under a $10,000.00 secured bond.
