Saffo to give State of City address

The convention center, economic development and sewer repairs. They are all likely topics at Wilmington City Hall tonight. Mayor Bill Saffo will give the annual State of the City address.

He will cover key accomplishments from the past year and look ahead at what’s still to come in 2008. The speech starts at 5:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
