San Bernardino neighbor likely to be charged: sources

Enrique Marquez, a neighbor and friend of one of the San Bernardino, California, shooters, is likely to be charged as early as today in connection with investigation, sources have told ABC News.

Marquez reportedly bought two rifles – both of which were used in the deadly attack in California which killed 14 and injured more than 20 others.

Officials said they believe one of the San Bernardino gunmen, Syed Rizwan Farook, asked Marquez to buy the two “assault-style” rifles back in late 2011 or early 2012.

The two suspects Syed Rizwan Farook and his wife Tashfeen Malik were killed in a shoot out with police shortly after the inital attack at the Inland Regional Center.
