Several FEMA centers closing early due to technical issues
COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) – Fourteen of the twenty-two FEMA/State Disaster Recover Centers throughout North Carolina are closing temporarily today due to technical issues.
Two of them are in our area.
The centers which are closing include Beaufort, Bertie, both locations in Edgecombe, Columbus, Craven, Dare, Greene, Jones, Lenoir, Pasquotank, Pender, Pitt and Wayne Counties.
The center in Greene County will also remain closed Election Day.
