Shallotte woman charged with arson

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Shallotte woman was arrested Thursday in connection with a fire earlier in the day at 363 Long Circle, Shallotte.

Lisa Watts Stillwell, 49, has been charged with second degree arson for intentionally setting fire to the home.

Stillwell is detained in the Brunswick County Detention Facility under a $50,000 bond.
