Shed catches fire and damages two mobile homes

CASTLE HAYNE, NC (WWAY) — Crews responded to a fire Saturday afternoon on Davis Lane in Castle Hayne. According to Battalion Chief of New Hanover County Mack Smith, the fire started in a shed that was between two mobile homes. It spread to the mobile homes and caused damages. Smith says the mobile homes are not a loss though and can be fixed.

No one was injured by the fire. The cause is still being investigated.
