Shooting victim recovering after being struck twice in the armpit

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (StarNews) — A man was recovering Tuesday after being shot twice at his home early Sunday, an official said.
Ali Harris Gardner, 25, was struck twice in the armpit in the 2 a.m. shooting at 1073 Bahama Place in Bolivia, according to the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office.
Capt. Mose Highsmith of the sheriff’s office said Harris told investigators he didn’t know how he was shot or who shot him.
