Shop’s window displays bring shoppers back

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Have you ever been walking in downtown Wilmington, and noticed the flashy and fancy décor and clothes in the windows of A Second Time Around?

Those kinds of displays used to be a lot more common, especially during the holidays. WWAY’s Makenzi Henderson stopped by that store a few times this fall.
