Show off your talent to support Wilmington police
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Do you have a talent you want to share with the world? The Wilmington Central Rotary has the perfect opportunity for you.
The organization is hosting it’s annual variety show, Wilmington’s Got Talent. Now, they’re looking for performers.
To participate you must live in New Hanover, Pender, or Brunswick counties.
The event will be November 4 at Thalian Hall and money raised will go towards purchasing a new horse trailer for WPD’s mounted patrol.
The 2017 Wilmington’s Got Talent event raised $16,000 to purchase a drug dog for the
New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office.
“Wilmington Central Rotary is excited to bring back Wilmington’s Got Talent this year as
we feature the many wonderfully talented people and undiscovered entertainers in this
city. It’s going to be a lot of fun for all involved.” said Louise McColl, Wilmington Central
Rotary event chair.
