Silver Alert ends with man found dead

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office says a Silver Alert issued last night ended when the man they were looking for was found dead.

Investigators say the Leland Police Department issued a Silver Alert for Louis Reda last night. His body was found in his vehicle just outside of the Leland town limits later in the evening.

An investigation continues. No foul play is suspected.
