Wilmington man found following Silver Alert

A statewide Silver Alert was issued Tuesday evening for a 73-year-old Wilmington man. James Peoples was found late Tuesday night at the Salvation Army in Wilmington. Police say he appears to be doing fine.

Peoples left his home on Downey Branch Lane Friday afternoon. He is an Alzheimer’s patient and needs several types of medication, including insulin for diabetes.
