Something for everyone at the street fair

Once the parade was over Saturday, many spectators headed to the street fair. There was plenty to eat and drink to satisfy those who worked up an appetite during the parade. For the kids there was plenty of games, rides, and of course face painting. Thousands of people shopped at the local vendor stands lining the streets of downtown Wilmington. While others toured the ships docked in the Cape Fear River. The street fair continues downtown on Sunday from 10am to 6 pm.
