Southport-Ft. Fisher Ferry to run abbreviated schedule

MANNS HARBOR, NC (NCDOT) — The NC Department of Transportation’s Ferry Division will be running an abbreviated schedule at its Southport-Fort Fisher route today and Wednesday to perform annual maintenance to the ferry ramps.

The normal schedule will resume Thursday morning.

The abbreviated schedule will be:

·Departing from Southport at 5:30 a.m., 7, 7:45, 11:30, 1 p.m., 1:45, 2:30, 3:15, 4, 4:45 and 6:15; and
·Departing from Fort Fisher at 6:15 a.m., 7:45, 11:30, 12:15 p.m., 1:45, 2:30, 3:15, 4, 4:45, 5:30 and 7.
