Spend the day touring lofts, townhomes and houses in downtown Wilmington

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Check out all the cool living spaces and businesses throughout the downtown area at the 2017 Downtown Lifestyle Tour.

This tour, presented by Wilmington Downtown Inc., features both new and old lofts, townhomes and houses in the Cape Fear. Some of the properties along the tour include: 121 S. 2nd St., 810 Chestnut St., 605 Dock St. and Sawmill Point Apartments. To view more, click here.

The tour is tomorrow, Saturday, September 16 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

According to a release from WDI, tickets at $15 and can be purchased online, by phone at (910) 763-7349 or in person at the WDI office at 221 North Front St. between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tickets will also be available on Saturday at the information booth in Bijou Park (225 N. Front St.).

This is a self-guided, walkable tour but patrons can use personal vehicles to visit sites, if preferred.

Parking is in the public decks along 2nd Street. On-street parking is also available during the tour and standard meter rates apply.
