Spills and thrills with the Cape Fear Roller Girls

The Cape Fear Roller Girls had their game faces on Saturday night; after all this is roller derby and they’re supposed to be tough and intimidating. And they certainly were.

It was standing room only at the Schwartz Center, but the home team fell behind big time as Atlanta held a huge halftime lead.

Cape Fear made a big second-half comeback. They managed to take the lead, but Atlanta was victorious by one point, in a 99-98 heartbreaker for the CFRGs.
