Splash pad opens for the season at Long Leaf Park

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — April is here and it is officially splash pad season in Wilmington.

Starting Thursday, the splash pad at Long Leaf Park is open daily at 9 a.m. until sunset through October.

The splash pad also has a water wheelchair available for children. Contact the New Hanover County Parks and Gardens office at (910) 798-7620 for assistance.
