St. James has plans for new buildings

The Brunswick County town of Saint James is getting some brand new buildings.

The town plans to build a $3.9 million town hall and community center along Highway 211 across from the main entrance to the gated community.

Saint James is getting a loan from the USDA Rural Development program for the new buildings.

Groundbreaking is scheduled for November.
