St. Mary School is helping out those in need

It is National Catholic Schools Week, and what better way to celebrate, than by helping others?

Service is the theme of the week. The kids at St. Mary School in Wilmington are sending food to the Good Shepherd House.

The students decorated paper bags then packed them with lunch for those in need. This is just one of many service projects the students are working on throughout the week.

The students are also collecting books for their Home of Hope project, where gently used books are given to poor Catholic girls orphanages in India. Their goal is to collect 10,000 books.
