Counter narcotic agents arrested three people – including a reputed Bloods gang member – after witnessing a man sell heroin at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Wilmington, officials said Thursday.
The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Unit set up surveillance on Wednesday at the Market Street Chick-fil-A, near the New Centre Drive intersection, and watched as an employee, Jarvon Everett, sold heroin out of the restaurant’s back door, according to sheriff’s office officials.
