STORMTRACK 3: First tropical system forms, no threat to southeastern NC

Tropical Storm Arlene has become the first system of the 2011 Atlantic Hurricane Season. The system is forecast to intensify slightly as it heads toward Mexico this weekend. The system will not pose any threat to southeastern NC.
