Surf City man wanted for larceny

SURF CITY, NC (WWAY) — The Pender County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help finding a man wanted for larceny.

According to a release, 41 year old Shawn Geoffrey Abernathy is wanted for two counts of larceny by employee and three counts of obtaining property by false pretense. Additional charges may be added.

Officials say Abernathy has relatives in Greensboro.
