Suspects in jail for Leland shotgun theft

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Two men are in the Brunswick County Jail charged with breaking into a home. Jeremiah Tumblin and Elliot Watkins are charged with breaking and entering and larceny of a firearm.

A man on Lincoln Road in Leland came home yesterday to see two men walking out of his house with his shot gun. Deputies used a dog to track down Tumblin in the woods near the house. They later found Watkins at his home in Leland.
