Teacher of the Week: Evoria Daniels

WINNABOW, NC (WWAY) — Evoria Daniels spends her days helping her students become productive members of their community.

As an Exceptional Children’s teacher at Town Creek Elementary School she considers herself an advocate for students who can’t help themselves.

Ms. Daniels says her special needs students need love, caring and to be taught that school is not only about grades, but also about daily living skills.

As a teacher of students from kindergarten through fifth grade, Ms. Daniels gets to work with a wide range of personalities and many subjects.

She says she always wants to be reaching out to her students to help them with any needs, special or otherwise.
