Teacher of the Week: Sarah Gould

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Sarah Gould has been a teacher for 14 years and knows how important the first year of learning is to both students and nervous parents.

As a kindergarten teacher at Ogden Elementary School she helps her little learners blossom into students who are eager to learn and soak up knowledge.

She also realizes the impact kindergarten has on parents and is on hand to provide them with support and guidance as well.

Gould says her favorite part of teaching is building relationships with students and helping plant the seeds for a lifetime love of learning.
