Teen accused of secretly taking photos in dressing room at Wilmington mall

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington teen Josue Noe Acosta, 18, was arrested and charged with six counts of secret peeping over the weekend.

A Wilmington Police Department spokeswoman said Acosta was taking pictures of women in the dressing room in Forever 21 at the Independence Mall Saturday, one of whom was a juvenile.

Acosta was placed in the New Hanover County Jail under a $65,000 bond, but has since been released after posting bond.
