Third Street opens after crew replaces sewer line

There is good news for drivers Wednesday morning. Third Street in Wilmington is open to traffic once again.

Traffic has been detoured around the area of 3rd between Castle and Church while crews replaced a portion of the sewer line.

The work was finished 15 days ahead of schedule.
