Tickets on sale for Associated Artists of Southport’s annual Fourth of July Raffle

SOUTHPORT, NC (WWAY) — Tickets are on sale for an annual fundraiser to support art in Southport.

The Associated Artists of Southport run the annual Fourth of July Raffle at the Franklin Square Gallery to support building maintenance of the historic building.

Contestants can enter to win a unique work of art. The drawing will be held at the end of the day on July 4. It features original paintings, prints and pottery that local artists have donated as prizes. You do not need to be present to win, but winners are responsible for picking up the prizes.

Tickets are just $1 each or $5 for a book of six tickets. You can buy them now until just before the drawing at 5 p.m. on July 4 at the Franklin Square Gallery at 130 E. West Street in Southport.
