‘Tis the Season: Pleasure Island Shopping Spree is this weekend

PLEASURE ISLAND, NC (WWAY) — 'Tis the season to start your holiday shopping! This weekend the Pleasure Island Shopping Spree brings you deals at shops all over the island with the added bonus of the chance to win prizes.

You can score gifts for everyone on the list at stores such as Artful Living Group, Jeanne's Jewels and Fashions, Island Chic and the Checkered Church as well as many others. With every $10 you spend you are entered into a raffle for gift baskets from participating stores as well as the grand prize of a weekend getaway at Pleasure Island.

Stores open at 10 a.m. Saturday and the event wraps up with a Raffle Party Sunday at 5 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott on the ocean at Carolina Beach.
