UPDATE: Military Cutoff and Wrightsville Avenue intersection reopens

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Drivers in the area of Military Cutoff Road and Wrightsville Avenue had to find another route Monday morning.

According to the Wilmington Police Department, a large trailer took down the lights at that intersection.

Police say the intersection closed for repairs.

The intersection reopened around 12:45 p.m., according to Wilmington Police.
