Traffic crash sends car into building

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — An accident during the morning commute sent a car into the side of a Wilmington business.

Investigators say a van T-boned a car on Market Street, which sent the car through the side of Linprint at 3405 Market St. There were two children in the car, but no one was hurt.

There’s no word yet on how bad the damage to the building is. Police say there was no one in the part of the building that was hit at the time of the accident.

The driver of the car was cited for failure to yield.
