Troubleshooters: Car Wash update

We have another happy ending to report tonight.

Back in October, we told you about an accident that happened at Buff Masters Car Wash off College Road.

Two customers had cars going through the automatic wash when one of the cars rolled into the other, causing thousands in damage to both vehicles.

According to the customers, the owner of the car wash left them to fend for themselves, saying it wasn’t his problem.

The owner hung up on us when we called to ask about the incident, but we’ve just received word that his insurance company finally came through, and reimbursed the customers for the damage to their cars.
