Tuesday is deadline to submit cement plant comments

WILMINGTON — Tuesday, July 15 is the deadline to submit comments and concerns to the Army Corps of Engineers about a proposed Titan America Cement plant in Castle Hayne. The Army Corps of Engineers will consider the comments before drafting an environmental impact statement and issuing a permit to build along the Northeast Cape Fear River.
