Twins sentenced for harassing neighbor

WILMINGTON — Two Wilmington men have pled guilty to felony breaking and entering.

Twins Taylor and Ashley Fuller were given two years probation and 150 hours of community service for harassing former neighbor Jamessa Flippin-Perry.

The brothers were charged with yelling racial slurs and breaking down her front door last year. They will undergo mental health and substance abuse assessments.

Flippin-Perry says she forgives them for what they did. “I just didn’t want it swept under the rug and let them get off with a slap on the back of the hand. But hopefully, like I told them, if they’re open and willing to make a change then hopefully this will make a change in their lives for the better.”

Flippin-Perry says the brothers were apologetic in court.
