Two charged with numerous sex crimes including human trafficking


SOUTHPORT, NC (WWAY) — Two Southport men are facing multiple charges including sexual exploitation of a minor.

A Brunswick County Sheriff’s spokeswoman says Willie Anderson Dock, Jr., 70, of Cherry Road, Southport, has been charged with human trafficking of an adult victim, human trafficking of a child victim, sexual servitude of an adult victim, sexual servitude of a child victim, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, and seven counts of first degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Investigators say Dock was served with these charges Thursday evening at the Brunswick County Detention Facility where he has been since December 30, 2015.  They say he was being held for various drug charges including possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin.  Dock’s bond was increased to $2,010,000.

Dock remains in the Brunswick County Detention Facility.

Detectives also arrested this evening was Travis LaShawn Siler, 27, also of Cherry Road in Southport on Thursday.  They say Siler is charged with two counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor.  Siler was also at the Brunswick County Detention Facility where they say he has been since December 30, 2015 for drug charges including trafficking heroin.  Siler’s bond was increased to $1,117,173.

Siler remains at the Brunswick County Detention Facility.
