Two missing Camp Lejeune Marines killed in wreck on Catfish Lake Road
CRAVEN COUNTY, NC (WCTI) — Two missing Camp Lejeune Marines were found dead in an overturned car late Tuesday night.
The Highway Patrol responded to the scene on Catfish Lake Road in the Croatan National Forest. The vehicle was submerged in the mud.
According to troopers, the vehicle was speeding and lost control. The vehicle ran off the road to the left and overturned into a canal.
