Two arrested, charged with attempted murder

WILMINGTON — Two Wilmington men have been arrested and charged with attempted murder and attempted armed robbery in connection with a stabbing last week.

Police arrested 17-year-old Deandre Sweet and 20-year-old Terry Hooper Jr. Friday in the 1100 block of S. Ffifth Street.

Victim Paul Brock was found Wednesday lying in the street. He’d been stabbed several times but is recovering.
