WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — U.S. Marshals arrested a man early this morning on two sex crime charges.
Wilmington Police say Margarito Lopez, 33, is charged with 2nd degree sexual offense and sexual battery for a crime that happened in the early morning hours on April 30.
