UNCW is pleased with donations, named one of best colleges
Despite the economic downturn, people still seem inclined to give to their alma mater. That is the case for UNC Wilmington.
The school received $11.2 million in donations. That is 19 percent lower than last year, but still much more than university officials expected.
The Princeton Review has once again named UNCW one of the best colleges and universities in the southeast. This is the 6th year in a row the school has made the list.
The Princeton Review takes into account the universities’ academic programs, and results of student surveys.
