UPDATE: 1 dead after after home invasion

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police said one man is dead and another in fair condition after a home invasion Friday afternoon.

Aaron McGhee, 47, was pronounced dead at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Police said another victim, Terae Kareem Graham, 26, is recovering.

Police said they responded to a shooting on the 1600 Block of S. 13th Street around 3:45 p.m. Witnesses told police that three black males entered the residence to commit a robbery when shots were fired.

Police are still investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
