UPDATE: AMBER Alert for 2-year-old boy canceled

SAMPSON COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — UPDATE: This AMBER Alert has been canceled.

The Sampson County Sheriff`s Office is searching for a missing child named Jeremiah Hughes.

Hughes is a 2-year-old white male, approximately 3’0″, weighing 60 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a white long sleeve shirt with brown sleeves and a picture of a pirate on the front and blue swimming shirts.

Investigators say there is allegedly one abductor. Alison Naylor Robinson is described as a 39-year-old white female, 5’8″, 225 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

They were last seen at 8056 US 421 North in Sampson County. They are possibly heading to 151 Beverly Street in Central, SC. The vehicle is a brown 2001 Buick Century with SC license tag number KHX-728.
