UPDATE: Cause of fire near Isabel Holmes Bridge electrical

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The fire on Point Harbor Road, just across the Isabel Holmes Bridge has been contained.

New Hanover County and Wilmington Fire Departments responded to the fire. According to New Hanover County spokesman Charles Smith, the cause of the fire was electrical.

Smith says it’s unclear at this point whether any charges will be filed.
