UPDATE: JH Rose Highschool football helmets stolen

GREENVILLE, NC (WWAY) — A former JH Rose student, who played football for the school, has been charged for the theft of 45 school football helmets over the weekend.

24-year-old Kyle Elijah Juan Hill was arrested on Wednesday in Pembroke, with two helmets.

A search warrant for his address in Robeson County found 26 additional helmets.

The helmets were stolen from the Ronald Vincent Fieldhouse over the weekend.

Hill is currently enrolled at UNC Pembroke.
