UPDATE: Lanes open after accident involving motorcycle

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Commuters experienced some traffic delays when they headed out the door Thursday morning.

Two northbound lanes are now open after a traffic accident involving a car and a motorcycle on S. College Rd. and Hidden Valley Rd.

The person driving the motorcycle has been taken to the hospital. There is no word on how serious the injuries are.
