UPDATE: Man wanted in Brunswick County now behind bars

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) – The man wanted by the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office was arrested in New Hanover County.

Brian Michael Gines, 27, is in custody and will be transferred to Brunswick County.

He’s facing charges for second degree burglary, larceny after breaking or entering, and misdemeanor larceny, stemming from a break-in at a home on Sassapan Drive in Shallotte.
